Utilising the experience and commercial authority of Keyline Principal, Keiran O’Kane, the project responded to market research demanding more compact, lower maintenance homes. Accessibility was also a major requirement; alongside Penrith’s transformation into a sought-after destination for employment, recreation and tourism, bus and rail transport integrations became critical considerations for the master plan.
